| You wont find American-style knuckle couplers on freight wagons in the UK. Instead you will find an arrangement of hooks, links and turnbuckles. Here Ron is coupling 9017 to our brake van. He has already looped the link over the brake vans hook and is now tightening the turnbuckle to ensure we remain closely coupled together. |
